Is there a content management portal?
There used to be a content management portal, but AppDirect is driving all focus to the Marketplace where advisors can buy, sell and manage technology. All resources for your company or products can be placed under the ‘Resource Tab’. For any updates to your Marketplace pages please utilize the form here.

Can you help me with agreements, commissions or rate changes?
Our team manages all sponsorship and marketing providers within AppDirect. For updates related to contracts, commissions, rate changes or any other provider-related questions please reach out to providerops@appdirect.com.

Are there taxes and fees applied to PGP marketplace payments?
A 4% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with credit card processing and ensures that we can continue offering you convenient payment options.
